The science behind Recharge

Recharge is part of Groov Anywhere, an experience that integrates into productivity and communication tools to support both performance and care in the work environment.

Science shows us that taking breaks every 60-90 minutes for 5-10 minutes helps to reduce stress, relieve physical tension, boost motivation, and improve creativity and performance.

Additional benefits:

  • Intelligent, data-informed and science-based prompts, tailored to the individual and delivered at the right time

  • Supports effective breaks that help you feel more energised, focused, and in a better mood

Check-in is part of Groov Anywhere, an experience that integrates into productivity and communication tools to support both performance and care in the work environment.

Studies tell us that our mood in the morning affects productivity even hours later. The Check-in feature enables you to identify your mood early to manage your day better, and helping Groov provide personalised support based on your daily responses.

Additional benefits:

  • Option to share with manager or org-selected individual, allows for in-moment support

  • The option of sharing supports job satisfaction and control of your day

  • Surfaces up support at the time of need - and this is customisable

  • Insights from Check-in provide tailored Recharges

  • Especially beneficial for remote employees and managers
